The Modera Clarendon is a luxury apartment building in the Rosslyn-Ballston corridor. Located at 3415 Washington Boulevard in Arlington, Virginia, the Modera is a 147,926 square foot contemporary apartment building. W.B. Hopke Awarded Wet Utilities for Iron Mountain Data Center Facilities in Manassas, VA

Iron Mountain Data Center announced a new project to build 2 new data center facilities in Prince William County, VA. VA-4 and VA-5 will be housed in two 165,000 square foot buildings and clients will be able to access cloud services at the facility. The project award went to W.B. Hopke in early November 2022 and is scheduled to begin in April 2023 according to Hopke lead estimator, Charlie McClellan.

W.B. Hopke Wet Utilities Work at the South County Police Station & Animal Shelter in Lorton Nears Completion

In November 2015, funding was approved by the public for a new South County Police Station and Animal Shelter located at 8855 Lorton Road, Lorton, VA in Fairfax County. The two-year project began with a groundbreaking ceremony on May 22, 2021 with occupancy scheduled for Spring 2023.
