North Potomac Yards Infrastructure

Hopke is currently working on the full infrastructure build out of the North Potomac Yards neighborhood to support the Virginia Tech Innovation Campus, the new North Potomac Yard Metro Station, and 6 additional city blocks of new development around the metro. Hopke is working on the project for Davis Construction, which marks the 4th major project with Davis in the Potomac Yards, with others including the National Institute for the Blind, the American Physical Treatment Association, and the Institute for Defense Analyses all in close proximity to North Potomac Yards. Hopke provided all of the wet utility infrastructure on the project including 3200+ LF of water main, 3600+ LF of gravity sanitary main, 2800+ LF of sanitary force main, and 4000+ LF of storm main.
