Woodmont Central

Hopke recently completed construction of the Woodmont Central development in the Woodmont Triangle area of Bethesda, MD. The project consisted of two apartment towers, called Gallery Bethesda, and an office building with all three buildings including ground level retail. The apartment towers contain a total of 455 units across a 16-story tower and a 17-story tower and the office building contained 91,600 SF spread across 6 stories. At the time of its completion, Gallery Bethesda was the first new residential building to open in Bethesda in five years, replacing older commercial offices and surface parking lots. Hopke worked on the project for Donohoe, providing all of the wet utility infrastructure on the project, including 4 new sanitary doghouse manholes, 3 new sanitary manholes, 3 Filterra treatment structures, and new laterals to the development.
