Hopke recently completed the utilities for the replacement of Robinson Hall at George Mason University. The new Robinson Hall, located in the heart of GMU’s campus, is 6 stories and 218,000 square feet. Hopke is working on the project for The Anderson Company and Whiting Turner. The phased nature of the project included new sanitary, storm, and water for the new building but the most complicated part of the project was the installation of an Oldcastle precast stormwater detention system in the middle of the campus using a Slide Rail trench protection system.
