City Ridge

Hopke has substantially completed construction of a new mixed use development in Washington, DC called City Ridge. City Ridge is a 1.2 million square foot mixed-use development,located on the historic Fannie Mae campus, and includes 250,000 square feet of commercial space anchored by D.C’s first Wegmans and 750 residential units. Hopke worked on the project for Whiting Turner and Roadside Development. Hopke provided all of the wet utility infrastructure on the project including 450+ LF of sanitary piping, 800+ LF of new storm piping with 11 structures, and 800+ LF of water main including a new water meter vault and 2 new backflow preventer vaults.
