W.B. Hopke Awarded The Pinnacle in North Bethesda

When it comes to senior living in Maryland, The Pinnacle in North Bethesda is a cut above the rest. This 17-story senior living tower project will include 113 independent living units, 40 assisted living units and 48 units designated for The Bridge and memory care.

W.B. Hopke Awarded Wet Utilities Work at the New Affordable Housing Development Project in Arlandria

Housing Alexandria, a non-profit group, is breaking ground on a new affordable housing development project in Arlandria, located at the intersection of Mount Vernon Avenue and Glebe Road. The project consists of two high-rise buildings to be named Sansé and Naja, and includes 474 new affordable units, 36,000 square feet of commercial space and a two-level underground parking garage to accommodate 379 cars.

Hopke Wins a Landmark Project

A landmark award indeed for W.B. Hopke. In October 2022, W.B. Hopke was awarded its largest project ever for the installation of sanitary, storm and water infrastructure at the Landmark Mall Redevelopment/West End Infrastructure project in Alexandria, VA.

W.B. Hopke Awarded Wet Utilities for Iron Mountain Data Center Facilities in Manassas, VA

Iron Mountain Data Center announced a new project to build 2 new data center facilities in Prince William County, VA. VA-4 and VA-5 will be housed in two 165,000 square foot buildings and clients will be able to access cloud services at the facility. The project award went to W.B. Hopke in early November 2022 and is scheduled to begin in April 2023 according to Hopke lead estimator, Charlie McClellan.

W.B. Hopke Awarded Arlington Regional Transit Operation and Maintenance Facility

Between July 2018 and September 2020, the Arlington County Board approved the land purchase of three parcels on Shirlington Road, and the concept planning, design and construction for the Arlington Regional Transit Operation and Maintenance Facility. Arlington Regional Transit (ART) is Arlington County’s local transit system that supplements Metrobus service with cross-county routes as well as neighborhood connections to Metrorail and Virginia Railway Express.
