New Wet Utilities Project “NOBE II” Awarded to W.B. Hopke in North Bethesda, MD

A new project has begun on Rockville Pike located approximately one block from the North Bethesda Metrorail Station in Bethesda, MD. The project, known as NOBE II, will consist of several phases with the first phase to include one single-story retail building (Building A) containing up to 7,500 square feet of commercial and retail uses.

W.B. Hopke Team Completes 11th and Vermont Wet Utilities Project in Arlington, Virginia

W.B. Hopke completed work for the 11th and Vermont wet utilities project in Arlington, VA. The first mobilization of work began in April of 2023 and concluded in October 2024. Overseen by general contractor Donohoe Construction Company, Hopke’s role was to do all the sanitary, water and storm installation.

Crystal House 7 and 8 (aka Highland Row) is part of a five-phase infill redevelopment plan expansion in the heart of National Landing in Arlington County.
