January 14, 2026 | W.B. Hopke Co. | Completed Projects
W.B. Hopke would like to congratulate their team for the hard work and effort for the recently completed Crystal House CH3 Early Utility Relocation Project in Arlington, VA. The project overseen by general contractor CBG Building Company, began in July 2024 and wrapped up in April 2025. The project included the installation of a storm sewer main with 6 drain inlets, 10 manholes, 3 junction boxes and 1691 linear feet of pipe. The installation of a sanitary sewer main included 3 manholes and 422 linear feet of pipe. Hopke also had to cut and cap 3 existing sanitary lines and 12 existing storm lines.
Hopke’s project manager, Svetla Todorova said, “The challenge with this project is that most of it was performed in the street with heavy traffic. There were deep cuts for utilities and a lot of unknown utilities in the way. There was also a limited material storage area, so most of the materials needed to be ordered and coordinated for immediate installation.”
Special thank you goes to the entire Hopke Team which includes Project Manager – Svetla Todorova, Estimator – Charlie McClellan, Superintendent – Jimbo Cloniger, Foremen – Mark Dolin, Rosalio Lopez and Ruben Saravia and their crews Arnold Merlos, Isaias Anaya Aguilar, Alexander Blanco. Tifert Brahim, Juan Pablo Hernandez, Kevin Castillo, Luis Morales Cisneros, Miguel Hernandez Flores, Timothy Eugene Abrams, Catalino Bonilla, Julio Lopez-Chavez, Omar Bonilla, Edin Vasquez, Jesus Camacho Suarez, Jose Benitez, and Pablo Martinez Chavez.
