The Capital One Center Park in Tysons Corner, VA is almost complete. The Fairfax County Planning Commission approved two separate plans for recreational amenities on Oct. 26, 2022 for work on a baseball field with a target date of completion for the upcoming spring season.

When complete, it will be 7 stories and will accommodate 270 apartments including apartment studios, one-, two-, and three-bedrooms, some with dens.
W.B. Hopke recently completed the initial phase of wet utilities work at the Eisenhower Townhomes project located at 4901 Eisenhower Avenue. The project includes water, storm, and sanitary sewer infrastructure. The 6.9-acre parcel of land, originally a parking lot, is schedule to be developed and replaced with new townhomes just east of Victory Center.
Following the devastating storms that caused flooding, losses and impacted the surrounding business and homes from a July 2019 storm event, Arlington County took important steps towards building a flood resilient Arlington by announcing the expansion of their proposed storm water management system.
