W.B. Hopke continues its work on the wet utilities installation at 7700 Leesburg Pike, aka Tysons Ridge in Falls Church, VA. The 104 multi-unit townhouse project, which Hopke began on February 22, 2023, is approximately 85% complete.

In 2022, the planning commission approved new construction for the Founders Row II project in Falls Church, VA. The new six-level, multi-family apartment rental and mixed-use building includes 280 new apartment units. The ground floor will dedicate 22,000+ square feet of retail street frontage along West Broad Street and South West Street.

In January 2023, W.B. Hopke broke ground for a new wet utilities project located at 1830 Michael Faraday Drive in Reston, VA. The project, named Midline Block C, is part of a larger planned residential four block community, office and retail project that will eventually include eight buildings, 1058 dwelling units, 259,845 square feet of office space and 251,150 square feet of retail space.

Arlington Partnership for Affordable Housing (APAH) and Central United Methodist Church’s new building and multi-use redevelopment of the church property in Ballston Station continues towards completion.

In November 2015, funding was approved by the public for a new South County Police Station and Animal Shelter located at 8855 Lorton Road, Lorton, VA in Fairfax County. The two-year project began with a groundbreaking ceremony on May 22, 2021 with occupancy scheduled for Spring 2023.

Artis Senior Living of Potomac located at 8301 River Road in Bethesda, Maryland is a memory care community for elderly lifelong residents from the Washington, DC area. The 38,670 square foot facility is conveniently located near the metro area where senior residents can be close to family members.

Almost 80% complete, The Residences at Kenilworth Park is an affordable assisted living community located at 1650 Kenilworth Avenue in Northeast DC. When complete, the 132,000 square foot location will serve the needs of District seniors aged 60 and older.

In the fall of 2019, W.B. Hopke was awarded the Cardinal Elementary School (formerly known as Reed Elementary School) project in Arlington, VA by Gilbane Building Company.

Arbor Row Block D, known as the Monarch, is a high-rise condominium building located at 7887 Jones Branch Drive in Tysons Corner, VA. The Monarch is strategically located next to Arbor Row which provides world class shopping, dining, entertainment, and the Metro Silver Line which connects to everything in Washington DC.
