In May of 2023, W.B. Hopke was awarded the wet utilities work for the Four Seasons Private Residences project in Washington DC. Hopke, subcontractor to Walsh Construction is handling the installation of wet buildings utilities, which include sanitary, storm drainage, and water.

Construction for the Northern Virginia Science Center Museum in Loudoun County, VA has begun. The new museum will sit on a five-acre parcel of property that adjoins to parkland and the 200-acres at the Broad Run Stream Valley as part of a 424-acre mixed use Kincora development by Tritec Real Estate company.
