The W.B. Hopke wet utilities project at Alta Crossroads aka Alta Nova, overseen by general contractor Wood Partners, was successfully completed on October, 11, 2024. Alta Crossroads consists of luxury residences from sleek studios to three-bedroom townhouses. Hopke’s work included sanitary, storm and water installation underground at 5851 Columbia Pike, Falls Church, VA.
Congratulations to W.B. Hopke on the recent completion of wet utilities at The Six, a luxury residential high rise with 316 units located at 6400 America Blvd., Hyattsville, MD. The project, which Hopke began in 2022, included sanitary, water and storm and was overseen by general contractor, CBG Building Company. The work was completed in late summer 2023.
W.B. Hopke would like to thank general contractor Balfour Beatty for selecting W.B. Hopke Company for the Hazel & Azure project at National Landing located at 3030 Potomac Ave, Arlington VA. The residential project, still under construction, provides for 491 residential units and 6,800 square feet of retail space in the heart of Crystal City.
W.B. Hopke recently completed the Arlington Regional Transit (ART) wet utilities project in Arlington. The project located at 2629-2633 Shirlington Road, Arlington, VA took more than 1.5 years to complete and included sanitary, storm, and water.

Central United Methodist Church (CUMC) has served the area with worship and community services for a century. Unity Homes at Ballston includes CUMC’s brand-new sanctuary space, an early childhood education for approximately 90 children, with a commercial grade community kitchen on the first two floors of the new building, as well as beautiful community amenities.
It’s always very satisfying to wrap up a long-term project successfully. W.B. Hopke recently completed the final punch list for Ovation at Arrowbrook Apartments located at 13325 Fairfax Ridge Avenue in Herndon, VA. Construction at the new apartment community is almost complete with some apartments already leased and occupied.

W.B. Hopke is proud to announce the completion of the wet utilities project at The McGowan Family Athletic Center at Oakcrest School located at 1619 Crowell Road in Vienna, VA. The 26,000 square foot Athletic Center features five additional classrooms, two staff offices, additional educational resources for growing classes and a gymnasium.
